Leicester City are not open to selling star man Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall in the final days of the January transfer window, sources have told Football Insider.

A well-placed source has told Football Insider that it would take a “huge offer” to prise the 25-year-old away from the King Power Stadium.

Brighton, Brentford, Fulham and Arsenal are among the would-be suitors linked with a move for Dewsbury-Hall.

But sources say the Foxes star will be going nowhere before Thursday’s (1 February) transfer deadline.

It is believed the player himself is happy to stay with the Championship leaders as he wants to finish the job by achieving promotion back to the Premier League.

Dewsbury-Hall has made 31 appearances across all competitions for Leicester this season, notching nine goals and nine assists.

The left-footer, who had a successful loan with Luton in the 2020-21 campaign, is under contract with the Foxes until June 2027 after penning a new deal in 2022.

He made 59 appearances for the Midlands club in the Premier League before their relegation last year.

Dewsbury-Hall was born in Shepsed and is a graduate of the Leicester academy.

Leicester are seven points clear of second-place Ipswich and have the opportunity to extend that advantage away at Swansea on Tuesday night (30 January).

Enzo Maresca’s side are yet to do any business in the mid-season window but are reportedly close to signing Inter midfielder Stefano Sensi.
