DraftKings Sportsbook has Kansas City as a six-point favorite going into the weekend; this is just a one-score difference because Green Bay has been playing well lately. The team has won three of its last four games after starting 2–5; they most recently defeated the Detroit Lions (-4) with great authority.

The Chiefs defense will take on another first-year starter in Week 12—Green Bay’s Jordan Love, who will be making just his 13th career start—after a shaky showing against a rookie quarterback in Week 12.
His first came in a 13-7 loss to Kansas City in his debut season in 2021. Despite the loss, he left a good impression on Steve Spagnuolo, the defensive coordinator for the Chiefs.
“I found him impressive after that game,” Spagnuolo told reporters on Thursday. “I didn’t think he was rattled.” We had some success and played really well defense. After that game, I said that he had something, so much so that you couldn’t really shake him. I believe they are now finding their footing.
Love hasn’t had many opportunities to be rattled this season: among starting quarterbacks, he’s been pressured at the fifth-lowest rate and sacked at the seventh-lowest rate.
The Packers’ scheme primes him for success with quick releases and rhythm throws, but as he hangs onto the ball longer, that changes. Love has only completed 53% of his passes on dropbacks lasting more than 2.5 seconds, and eight of those passes have been incomplete.
