Zach is the son of Wes Kittley and Linda Rhoads. Wes Kittley is a respected coach in his own right, having led the Texas Tech Red Raiders’ track and field team since 2000. Before that, he coached at Abilene Christian University.

Emily has held a consistent career in speech-language pathology. Since 2016, she has also worked at Trustpoint Rehabilitation Hospital, continuing her passion for helping others.
A native of Hallettsville, Texas, Emily comes from a small town with a tight-knit community. She attended Hallettsville High School, part of the Hallettsville Independent School District.
Her academic journey took her to Texas A&M University, where she studied Community Health for her undergraduate degree. She later pursued her graduate education in speech-language pathology.
Emily earned her Master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Texas at Dallas, solidifying her qualifications as a speech therapist.
Her professional career began in earnest in 2014 when she interned at an autism clinic. That experience helped launch her career in specialized therapy for children with autism.
After receiving her therapist license, Emily worked in the Brazos Valley region, gaining practical experience in autism therapy and communication sciences.
Between 2015 and 2016, she served as a student clinician at several healthcare institutions, refining her skills and building a foundation for her long-term career.
Emily Kittley is the daughter of Wesley McAda and Marilyn McAda. She was raised in a loving household alongside her two siblings.
Her brother, Reagan McAda, works at McAda Veterinary Clinic, continuing a tradition of service and care within the family. Her sister, Adriane McAda, has achieved academic excellence, graduating from Harvard Business School.
Emily and Zach have built a strong and loving home. In January 2019, they welcomed their first child, Knox, into the world. Their journey into parenthood has been joyful and fulfilling.
Before Knox’s birth, Emily excitedly announced her pregnancy on July 3, 2018, through her Facebook account. Her message was full of anticipation and happiness.
Since then, the Kittleys have welcomed two more sons, Ford and Rhoads, expanding their family and creating a vibrant household filled with energy and love.
